Job summary

Langdon Place of Dover, part of 603 Healthcare, is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care and coordinate the day-to-day work of nursing assistants and other team members. You will monitor resident status, administer medications, perform wound care, document physician orders, and participate in admissions, discharges, rounds, and care planning to ensure safe, responsive care.

Shift is Day: 7AM–7PM; compensation $31–$40.50 per hour, with applicable shift differentials and full-time modified

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Current unrestricted LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to organize priorities and remain composed in a changing healthcare environment.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise assigned nursing assistants.
• Monitor resident status and promptly communicate significant changes.
• Administer medications and monitor residents for adverse reactions.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Accurately carry out and document physician orders.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, transfers, rounds, and care planning.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and transportation needs.
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support end-of-life care when needed.
• Promote teamwork, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.
