Langdon Place of Exeter is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants. You will coordinate day-to-day work and ensure safe, responsive care for residents.

You will administer medications, monitor resident status, and collaborate with families and providers. The role involves admissions, rounds, and care planning, with emphasis on teamwork and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Current unrestricted LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to organize priorities and remain composed in a changing healthcare environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise assigned nursing assistants and support staff.
• Monitor resident status and promptly communicate significant changes.
• Administer medications and monitor residents for adverse reactions.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Accurately carry out and document physician orders.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, transfers, rounds, and care planning.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and transportation needs.
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support end-of-life care when needed.
• Promote teamwork, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.
