Job summary

Jamestown Healing Clinic seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join an integrated care team providing Primary Care and SUD services. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adherence to clinic protocols, and coordination with providers, behavioral health staff, and peer support.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, patient education, and supporting continuity of care within a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Washington State LPN license to practice.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Knowledge of nursing theory, regulations and practices.
• Strong infection control and safety awareness.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination and medication administration.
• Perform nursing procedures, tests and therapies as ordered.
• Support safety-focused, trauma-informed care environment.
• Assess patient needs and implement care plans with licensed provider.
• Educate patients on medications and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to maintain patient continuity.
