Prosperity Training Center is seeking a CNA Instructor for the NATP program, delivering hands-on lab and clinical instruction in Kalispell, MT. The role involves coordinating with the Administrator and NATP Program Coordinator to meet Montana NATP requirements and support students in didactic and clinical components.
Ideal candidates are Montana-licensed RNs or LPNs with at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a nursing home, and experience supervising CNAs.

Job Description:
Under the direction of the Administrator and supervision of the NATP Program Coordinator, the Instructor will provide hands‑on training and supervision in accordance with Montana state NATP requirements.
Students complete the didactic (online) portion of the course remotely and require in‑person lab and clinical instruction at an approved healthcare facility.
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Montana
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, nursing home is preferred
Experience in supervising certified nursing assistants
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
