Prosperity Training Center in Montana is seeking a CNA Instructor for the NATP Program—Lab & Clinical to provide hands-on training and supervision per NATP requirements. The position involves setting up in-person lab sessions and supervising students during clinical rotations.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN or LPN license in Montana with at least 1 year of nursing home experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, and a professional, confidential approach to training and
2 years of nursing experience and 1 year required to be worked in a skilled nursing facility
Unincumbered RN or LPN License through the state of Montana
Under the direction of the Administrator and supervision of the NATP Program Coordinator, the Instructor will provide hands-on training and supervision in accordance with Montana state NATP requirements.
Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Montana
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a nursing home is required
Experience in supervising certified nursing assistants (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge and experience working with culturally diverse and special populations.
Professional attitude and appearance to encompass confidential information.
Effectively operate office equipment and apply computer skills.
Understands the general principles of health education.
Assure compliance with regulatory agencies.
