Job summary

Prosperity Training Center is seeking a CNA Instructor for the NATP program—lab and clinical—in the Kalispell area. The role drives hands-on instruction and clinical supervision for an online-based program with in-person lab/clinical components.

Candidates must hold an unencumbered Montana RN or LPN/LVN license and have at least two years of nursing experience (one year in a long-term care setting). Flexible per diem scheduling is offered in a part-time capacity.

Job Description

Under the direction of the Administrator and supervision of the NATP Program Coordinator, the Instructor will provide hands‑on training and supervision in accordance with Montana state NATP requirements.

We are launching an online CNA program based in Butte, MT. Students complete the didactic (online) portion of the course remotely and require in-person lab and clinical instruction at an approved healthcare facility in or around the Kalispell area

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Montana

Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, 1 year nursing home SNF is required

Experience in supervising certified nursing assistants

Strong communication and organizational skills

Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
