Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current LPN licensure in New York State.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with frail or elderly population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist in implementing the patient’s treatment plan under RN direction.
• Provide routine nursing services as directed by RN.
• Document patient status and maintain timely records.
• Attend department/facility meetings and uphold professional standards.
