Job summary

Vida Integrated Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Kirkland (Totem Lake) clinic, with possible support at our Bellevue location. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative, integrative setting.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients, taking vitals, documenting medical history.
• Administering injections, IV starts, and infusions.
• Laboratory duties including blood draws and specimen collection.
• Maintain clinical records with EMR.
• Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms.
• Managing insurance authorizations.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other health professionals as needed.
