Job summary
Life Care of Kirkland is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and report changes promptly while coordinating with CNAs under supervision.
This on-site role emphasizes compassionate patient care within a supportive environment. Qualified candidates have an accredited LPN program credential, active state LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of skilled nursing
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN/LVN license in the relevant state.
- One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification required (on hire or during orientation).
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Assign duties and supervise CNAs on a daily basis.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and ensure quality patient care.
