Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide integrated behavioral health care at our crisis and inpatient units across Arizona.

The LPN works with a multidisciplinary team and carries out orders from the medical practitioner, communicating barriers to service to the RN and attending physician. Requirements include an Associate degree in nursing, Arizona Board of Nursing LPN license in good standing, and 1–3 years of healthcare experience in

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
• 1-3 years healthcare related experience preferred, especially in behavioral/medical crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• The LPN provides delegated nursing care to assigned patients under the RN on duty.
• Carries out orders from medical practitioners and communicates barriers to service to the RN and attending physician.
• Provides integrated behavioral health care on crisis and inpatient units.
