Job summary

ChangePoint Integrated Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide direct nursing care for inpatient behavioral health customers. You will administer medications, monitor effects, and assist with crisis interventions under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

The role requires a current Arizona LPN license, CPR certification, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and adherence to policy and quality improvement activities. Training in restraints may be provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Arizona license for LPN.
• Current Arizona Driver's License.
• CPR Certification.
• Comply with a Drug Free workplace.
• Job Restriction Clearance.
• Knowledge and ability to define the needs of the customer served.
• Knowledge of Waived Laboratory Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to inpatient Behavioral Health customers.
• Administer medications, monitor effects or side effects.
• Administer, with assistance, restraints and seclusion of customers.
• Record/report any unusual incidents.
• Monitor and order medication supplies.
• Assist in patient education.
• Adhere to personnel policies and agency requirements.
