Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in Colorado.
• Prior experience in a nursing community.
• The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• The desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and physician contact to ensure quality care.
• Provide direct care to residents per nursing standards and procedures.
• Assist in care planning and daily resident observation.
• Communicate with Nurse Manager/Director of Nursing about observations and needs.
• Document changes in patient conditions and notify relevant departments.
• Assist in admission, orientation, and observation of new residents and ensure orders are communicated.
