Job summary

Aventura at Assumption Village in North Lima, Ohio is hiring PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Competitive pay up to $33.50/hour with a $3.00/hour midnight differential, daily pay, and robust benefits. Walk-in interviews welcome as you join a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents and document their care.
Assist with individualized care plans.
Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs and the care team.
Educate residents and families about health management.
Respond confidently during emergencies.
Help create a safe, welcoming home for residents.
