Lionstone Healthcare in Florence, KY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise STNAs, and coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality care.

The role includes charting, medication administration, and patient advocacy. The LPN will participate in care planning, mentor nursing staff, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise STNAs and other nursing personnel.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality care.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day nursing functions of STNAs or other nursing personnel in accordance with rules and guidelines.
• Complete and file required recordkeeping forms upon resident admission, transfer or discharge; ensure chart accuracy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician; verify resident identity.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for performance evaluations; lead and mentor assigned staff.
• Review resident care plans daily and inform supervisors of changes needed.
