Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver nursing care to Veterans at the Garner VA Primary Care (PACT) clinics, under the supervision of the RN/Nurse Manager. The incumbent must demonstrate basic nursing knowledge across age groups and maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Responsibilities include administering medications, observing patient responses, and educating patients and families about treatment plans, while coordinating with the care team to ensure safe and effective

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current, active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the United States.
