• Licensure: Active, full, current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the United States or DC.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, individualized nursing care in a Primary Care setting.
• Interact, collaborate, and communicate effectively with Veterans, families, caregivers, professionals, and staff.
• Initiate actions based on observations of patient condition; administer medications as permitted by local policies.
