Job summary

East Hawaii Health Clinics in Hawaii seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse III to oversee daily clinic operations, support physicians and staff, and ensure high-quality patient-centered care in a safe outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, supervisory experience, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and operational efficiency in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years nursing experience (LPN/LVN/RN) in a clinic setting.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Hawaii LPN license and BLS certification within 1 month.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations, staffing, workflow, and patient scheduling.
• Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs and histories, assist with triage.
• Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and follow-up care coordination.
• Maintain safe, compliant clinical environment and infection control standards.
• Provide leadership and training for clinic staff; promote collaboration.
• Oversee inventory, billing support, coding accuracy, and quality assurance.
