Job summary

Qualifications
- Completion of accredited LPN training program.
- At least one year of Nursing (LPN) experience.
- Current Virginia LPN license.
- BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments in collaboration with RN.
- Deliver prescribed nursing interventions and monitor patient status.
- Administer medications following Centra policy and ensure patient safety.
- Document findings and reinforce patient education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
