Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments. You will collect, document, and monitor patient information and condition changes, and administer wound care while assisting with activities of daily living.

You will coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure is required.
• At least 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Tuberculosis test (PPD) completed within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.
