Maxim Healthcare is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 home nursing care in the Kankakee and Bradley, IL area. Join a team delivering consistent, patient-centered services in patients’ homes with flexible day, evening, and overnight shifts.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team to support individualized plans. Active LPN license and BLS certification are required.

Seeking nurses to work 1:1 in patient homes in Kankakee & Bradley, IL!

Shift Times: 7:00am-7:00pm, 6:00am-4:00pm, and 10:00pm-6:00am

What You'll Do

Requirements

Required:

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of nursing experience
