Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 in-home nursing care in Modale, IA. The role offers weekly pay and flexible scheduling, with shifts Thursdays, weekends, and PRN coverage. You will work with patients in their homes, delivering direct care and supporting care plans.

Active LPN license and current BLS are required; 1+ year nursing experience preferred. We support ongoing training and offer comprehensive benefits and local clinical support.
