Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 home-based nursing care in the Waukee, IA area. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor health status, administer medications, and support individualized care plans in patients' homes.

This role offers flexible scheduling, full-time, part-time, and PRN options, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a retirement plan, and ongoing clinical support from local Maxim teams.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.

What You'll Do

Requirements

Required:

• Active LPN license
