Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide safe, compassionate in-home nursing care to individuals in their own homes across the Onarga area. This role offers consistent hours, flexible scheduling, and meaningful 1:1 patient care with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, monitoring and reporting changes, administering medications, supporting care plans, and documenting care while coordinating with the health team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year nursing experience (preferred).
