Maxim Healthcare in Frederick, MD is seeking a home health LPN to deliver personalized one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support care plans while coordinating with the healthcare team.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, plus weekly pay with direct deposit and dedicated local support to ensure smooth operations and reliable staffing.

Formación

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year nursing experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.

What You'll Do

Requirements

Required:

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification
