Maxim Healthcare in Indiana is seeking an LPN to provide comprehensive home-based nursing care. You will deliver direct patient care in patients' homes, monitor clinical status, administer medications, and support individualized care plans while coordinating with the healthcare team.

This full-time/part-time/PRN role offers stable hours, flexible scheduling, and ongoing clinical support, with weekly pay and a range of benefits. Evening, day, and overnight shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience.

Responsabilités
