Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 in-home nursing care in patients' homes across the local service area. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support care plans.

This role offers stable hours with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, flexible scheduling including day, evening and overnight shifts, and weekly pay with comprehensive benefits and ongoing clinical support.

Competenze

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.

Requirements

Required:

• Active LPN license
