Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Louisa, KY is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 in-home nursing care. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans for pediatric and adult patients.

Join a team with stable hours, ongoing training, and dedicated local support. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available across day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and current BLS certification are required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
