Salary : $38 - $40 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Baltimore is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an Adult patient in their own home.

Patient is a 55 year old male with a gtube, trach, vent, and ALS located in Reisterstown, 21136. Shifts are Thursday and Friday night 7p-7a and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday day shifts 7a-7p

Must be able to work ongoing and have prior vent experience

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
