Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Wise, VA is seeking an LPN to deliver one-on-one home nursing care. You will provide direct patient care in the home and support individualized care plans, documenting care and communicating with the healthcare team. Flexible scheduling and multiple shift options exist to fit your life.

Active LPN license and current BLS are required, with 1+ year of nursing experience preferred. This role offers weekly pay, benefits, and local clinical support to ensure quality patient
