Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 in-home care to patients in their own homes. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support ongoing care plans with a dedicated clinical team.

Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts available. Active LPN license and current BLS are required; 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.
