Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a New Graduate Nurse Program in Orange County, CA. You will provide in-home nursing care to patients, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care under supervision. The role requires newly licensed RN or LVN, full-time availability, and weekend flexibility.

Travel within Orange County is required to support patient families, with comprehensive training and ongoing clinical supervision to build confidence and clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Must be newly licensed RN or LVN seeking full-time employment.
• Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends.
• Willing to travel throughout Orange County and accept assignments.
• Commit to remaining in the New Graduate Program for at least one year.
