Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking new graduate nurses for full‑time home health assignments in Orange County, California.

Starting pay is $30/hour, with comprehensive training and clinical support to help you develop bedside nursing skills in the home setting. As a Maxim nurse, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and families, document progress, and educate patients about treatments and plans.

Qualifications

• Must be newly licensed RN or LVN seeking full-time employment.
• Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends.
• Must be willing to travel throughout Orange County and accept assignments within the county.
• Must commit to remaining in the New Graduate Program for a minimum of one year.
