Salary: $25 - $30 per hour

Shift times: Full-time and Part-time - Days and Night coverage - Shift times are flexible

Position Overview

Maxim Healthcare in Waynesburg is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
