Job description

Salary: $25 - $32 / Per Hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric patients with a G-tube and Trach in New Albany.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
