Maxim Healthcare in Fairview Heights, IL is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric patients in their own homes in Smithton, IL.

Compensation:

• Salary: $30-$33/hour
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:

• Fri, Sat 9:30p-6a
• Accepting Part-Time or Full-Time!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
