Salary: $35 - $40 / Per Hour

Maxim Healthcare in St. Louis is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. These patients reside in the St. Charles County & Surrounding areas. Patient acuity levels range from G-tube, Trach, & Vent dependence. 1:1 skills advancement is provided as needed per assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders during each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
