Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes across a dedicated service area in Salem, WV. You will monitor conditions, administer medications, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to support individualized plans.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, weekly pay, and ongoing training with local support.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
