Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN to provide direct patient care in patients' homes, one-on-one with consistent assignments and a manageable pace.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments as ordered, and support individualized care plans while documenting communications with the healthcare team. Flexible scheduling includes day, evening, and overnight shifts, with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
