Maxim Healthcare in Fairview Heights is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own home located in Troy, Illinois.

Compensation:

• Salary: $30 - $33 per hour
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM
• Friday: 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM
• Saturdays: 12 PM - 8 PM
• Sundays: 1 PM - 6 PM
• Accepting Part-Time or Full-Time!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
