Maxim Healthcare in Fairfax, VA is seeking dedicated LPNs to deliver 1:1 in-home nursing care. We offer immediate day and night shifts, flexible scheduling, and consistent assignments.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with a local support team. We provide health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, weekly pay, and ongoing training.

Formación

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).
• Adult and pediatric patient opportunities available
• Home-based care within an assigned service area
• Orientation, onboarding, and ongoing clinical support provided

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in the home
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support individualized care plans
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team
