Job summary

Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our resident-centered long-term care team in Baltimore. Under the supervision of the RN/Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet residents' needs and participate in daily unit operations, stepping into leadership as required.

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with an active MD LPN license and BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (diploma required).
• Current MD Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
• Less than one year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet residents' needs.
• Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, unit level, and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
