Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide 1:1 in-home pediatric care. Shifts available include day and night, with both part-time and full-time opportunities. Training programs, including paid skills advancement and Novice Nurse, are highlighted.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
