STAT Home Health in Searcy, AR is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing and supportive care under the supervision of an RN. The role involves coordinating with physicians and the home health team to ensure optimal patient care and adherence to the plan of care.

The ideal candidate must hold an Arkansas LPN license, have CPR certification, and possess at least 1 year of clinical experience. Reliable transportation to patient visits is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Arkansas LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an LPN.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Compassionate and great time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
• Communicate with the attending physicians, other home health team members, and other agencies as needed to coordinate optimal care and use of community resources for the patient/family.
• Document all services provided.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health benefits.
• Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN
