STAT Home Health in Little Rock, AR is hiring Full-Time and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses. Join a company that offers an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and a path to ownership.

You will provide nursing and supportive care under the direction of the RN, with focus on quality patient outcomes. This role requires an Arkansas LPN license, at least one year of clinical experience, current CPR certification, and reliable transportation to conduct visits at patients' homes or facilities.

Formación

• Current Arkansas LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an LPN.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Compassionate and great time management skills.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
• Communicate with the attending physicians, other home health team members, and other agencies as needed to coordinate optimal care and use of community resources for the patient/family.
• Document all services provided.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health benefits.
• Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN.
