Job summary

Adoration Health in Searcy, AR is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time Home Health visits. You will deliver patient-centered, one-to-one care in home settings, following each patient’s plan of care while preserving dignity and independence. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., with team support and opportunities for professional growth. Applicants should hold AR LPN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license to enable field visits.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with current unrestricted AR license
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
• CPR professional certification
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred
• Home health care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results

Responsibilities
