Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of nursing experience required.
• One year home care highly desirable.
• Previous home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional image and excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
• Assists with revisits within a geographical area; supervised by Team Clinical Manager, McLeod Home Health; collaborates with the team for interdisciplinary patient care; acts within nursing standards.
• Demonstrates effective communication, attention to guest relations, and good interpersonal skills; shows organizational and time management abilities.
• Handles safety concerns for staff and patients; understands life-span development to assess patient data for age-appropriate care.
• Maintains punctuality, dress code adherence, neat appearance, and reliable attendance in daily operations.
