Pinnacle Home Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our award-winning home health team in Florida on a PRN basis. You will administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision, perform care tasks per patient plans, and document promptly in the EMR to uphold quality and regulatory standards.

You’ll visit patients at home, coordinate with staff, and participate in the agency’s QAPI program, while maintaining patient rights and safety in accordance with policy.

Qualificações

• Must have a current LPN or LVN license (state-specific).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience (home health or medical/surgical preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
• Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible.
• Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and dexterity to perform physical assessments and demonstrate care techniques.
