Responsibilities

• Documents observations and care given according to company policies and procedures.
• Administers medications.
• Provides basic nursing care and assists rehab patients.
• Admits, transfers, and discharges patients; observes and reports symptoms.
• Assists the RN with physical and emotional patient support.
• Monitors dietary and fluid needs, IV fluids, intake/output.
• Measures vital signs: temp, pulse, resp, BP.
• Maintains patient rights and safe environment.
• Participates in on-call rotation.
