Job summary

Ecumen is seeking a Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in Minnesota. Work 64 hours per week on Weekdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm with occasional on-call and weekend rotation.

The LPN will provide nursing care, manage medications, document care, and support residents under the Clinical Director. The role includes competitive pay ($29.00–$32.00/hour) and full-time benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance, PTO, and Employee Assistance

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited nursing program with LPN licensure in the state of employment.
• Current LPN licensure in the state where working.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow facility safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within LPN scope.
• Coordinate and direct patient care from admission to discharge.
• Assist RN with assessments, documentation, and data collection.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor patient condition.
• Maintain infection control and safe, organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
