Helping Hand Nurse, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-to-one nursing care in patients' homes. You will follow the plan of care, teach and guide patients and families, and communicate with physicians about any changes in condition.

Available shifts include Day, Evening, and Overnight with flexible scheduling; part-time or full-time positions offered. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance and a tablet.

Qualifications

• LPN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Knowledge of computerized documentation and office software.
• Clean background and criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one nursing care in the home.

• Directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities while maintaining standards of care.
• Communicates with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition.
